Chris's favourite aspect of working at Skytrail is the camaraderie among the team, which fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment. Chris prides himself on his meticulous attention to detail and a client-focused approach to business. He ensures that every client receives personalised and top-notch service, contributing to Skytrail's reputation for excellence. Outside of work, Chris is passionate about music, enjoys playing and watching football, and cherishes time spent with his family.

Matthew Savage

Head of Charter Sales

Matthew, a seasoned expert in charter flights, has been dedicated to the aviation industry since 1989. His extensive, almost encyclopaedic, knowledge of the field has been invaluable since he joined Skytrail in 2019. Matthew has played a pivotal role in developing easyJet charter flights and continues to drive the expansion of this key business area. With over three decades of experience, Matthew's deep understanding of the charter flight sector makes him a cornerstone of our sales department. His strategic insights and innovative approaches have significantly contributed to Skytrail's success and growth in the charter market. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys a variety of interests. He loves walking his dogs, cooking, and supporting Arsenal. An aviation enthusiast at heart, he often checks Flight Radar 24 to track planes flying overhead.

Michael Everett

Business Development Manager - Europe

Having joined the Skytrail team in 2024, Michael has quickly found his place thanks to the enthusiastic and positive work environment. Fluent in French, Portuguese, Italian, and English, Michael leverages his language skills daily to build strong relationships with clients, enhancing Skytrail's international outreach. With over 20 years of experience as a tour operator, Michael brings a deep understanding of customer requirements from a buyer's perspective. This extensive background enables him to provide valuable insights and strategic solutions, driving business development and fostering client satisfaction. Outside of work, Michael is an active family man. He helps coach his son’s rugby team and supports his other children in their various activities. A lover of good food and wine, Michael also enjoys exploring culinary delights.

Sales, Commercial Manager

Peter has been an integral part of Skytrail since 2016, focusing primarily on the sales of easyJet Series Seats to tour operators within their scheduled service network. Describing himself as customer-focused, sales-oriented, and a problem solver, Peter values the opportunity to work alongside his professional and knowledgeable colleagues, finding inspiration and motivation in their collective expertise and dedication. In his spare time, Peter enjoys a variety of hobbies, including fishing, photography, and occasionally going to the gym.

Client Support Manager

A nine-year veteran at Skytrail, Jan excels in building and maintaining strong working relationships with both customers and suppliers. Her extensive background in tour operations, including roles in administration and operations, has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of managing bookings and ensuring top-tier customer service. At Skytrail, Jan plays a crucial role in managing the Client Support Team by providing prompt advice and effective solutions to customer issues. Her expertise and dedication ensure that clients receive the best possible service, enhancing Skytrail's reputation for excellence. Incorporated under the Client Support umbrella, Jan overseas support for the Sales Team issuing contracts & schedules, inputting fixtures into OPTO and maintaining smooth transitions from Sales to Post-Sales. In her personal time, Jan enjoys gardening, traveling, and socialising with family and friends.

With seven years at Skytrail, Tanja is a seasoned veteran whose contributions have been integral to our success. Tanja is a trusted and respected member of our team, known for her meticulous attention to detail and invaluable problem-solving skills. Her ability to navigate complex financial and administrative challenges with ease has made her an indispensable asset to the company. Outside of work, Colin enjoys playing tennis and is an avid supporter of Arsenal FC. With over 20 years in the travel industry, including experience at Virgin Atlantic and Titan Travel, Anisha brings a wealth of knowledge across sales, operations, and manifesting. She is particularly passionate about assisting tour operators and customers with their bookings and resolving any issues that arise. Outside of work, Anisha loves traveling the world with her family, socialising, and meeting new people.
